Rotterdam Square MindTech Meet-up: Experts Meet Industry

On October 10 and 11, 2024, the first MindTech Summit takes place in Rotterdam about Innovating Digital Behavioral Health, organized by Erasmus MC and the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The MindTech Summit seeks to drive progress in behavioral healthcare encouraging and fostering innovation and partnerships between academic institutions and the industry. Click here to read more about the two-day summit.

Prior to the main program, Rotterdam Square organizes a session on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in collaboration with the MindTech Summit. During this session, prof. dr. Rutger Engels (Professor in Developmental Psychopathology at the Erasmus University Rotterdam) and dr. Marilisa Boffo (Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology & Digital Behavioral Health at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences) will come together with a few of the guest speakers from the MindTech Summit for an interactive panel discussion about the theme AI and Digitalization in Mental Health. This session is an exclusive opportunity to learn from international experts on mental health and innovation, and offers plenty of space for input and questions from the audience.

The featured guest speakers are:

• Jeroen Tas– Senior Executive in Healthcare and Information Technology, served as the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer at the executive team of Philips Healthcare
• Amanda Withrow – Vice President of Clinical Solutions Architecture
• Evan Hirsch – Managing Director of Entrepreneurial Innovation at the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Dr. Mimi Winsberg – Chief Medical Officer and Co-founder of Brightside Health
• Dr. Walter Greenleaf – Neuroscientist and Medical Technology Developer at Stanford University
• Kartik Takhore – Generative AI Leader at Lyric.ai and Founding Partner at Multiversal Ventures
