iPCI is a two-day event that will take place on April 13-14, 2023 at the LantarenVenster theatre in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The event's primary focus is on interventional cardiology's image guidance techniques, with an emphasis on the significant benefits of intravascular imaging and physiology in improving outcomes for patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
The event will be led by more than 35 physicians and engineers, providing participants with an educational opportunity to learn about state-of-the-art imaging and physiology research. The event will also include workshops and practical learnings, and will be co-organized by the OPCI team.
The event is directed by Dr. Joost Daemen and Prof. Dr. Gijs van Soest from the Thoraxcenter at the Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam, NL, and aims to optimize theoretical and practical education to maximize patient outcomes. iPCI 2023 is organized in partnership with Radcliffe Cardiology, a knowledge community for cardiovascular professionals, and OPCI, and hosted by Erasmus MC.
