Apps and intervention programs can create temporary motivation for healthy eating and sufficient physical activity. However, their long-term effectiveness often falls short. How do we achieve structural behavioral change? Which methods work over longer periods, and what psychological mechanisms are involved? What works for whom?
We will discuss these questions with experts and people with lived experience during the Medical Delta Café on Tuesday afternoon, June 23, in close collaboration with the Healthy Society Program. The Medical Delta Café 'How do we turn healthy behavior into a habit?' will take place at De Haagse Hogeschool.
During the Café, there will be opportunities to engage in conversation with the speakers and with each other. Afterward, there will be a networking reception. Participation is free of charge.
The Medical Delta Café is open to anyone interested, such as scientists, innovators, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, students, and others. The language of the event is Dutch.
