David de Glint appointed new Managing Director of Medical Delta

As of 1 September, David de Glint has joined Medical Delta as Managing Director (a.i.). He succeeds Gertine van der Vliet. De Glint has a background as program manager, secretary and director at various organizations, including Bouwend Nederland, FOCWA and the Reinier de Graaf hospital.

"David is an experienced director and a networker with an open mind towards Medical Delta and the outside world," says Prof. Dr. Frank Willem Jansen, chairman of Medical Delta.

More than 350 scientists from various disciplines are currently working together at Medical Delta on technological solutions for sustainable healthcare. They participate in 15 Medical Delta scientific programmes and in the 10 Medical Delta living labs in which companies, healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals and patients work together on healthcare innovations.  "I am looking forward to contributing to impactful interdisciplinary scientific research and practice-based field and living labs together with all the professionals involved," says De Glint.

De Glint combines his work for Medical Delta with other activities at TU Delft.
