HollandPTC makes time slots available for research

The Holland Proton Therapy Centre (HollandPTC) is inviting researchers to submit proposals through the Beamtime Call 2026 for research projects that require access to proton beam facilities.

Through the Beamtime Call, HollandPTC aims to support innovative proof-of-principle studies, methodological developments, and experimental validation in the field of radiation science and technology.

Research time slots available

Access to proton beam time is often a limiting factor in advancing experimental research. Through this call, HollandPTC is making dedicated research slots available. The HollandPTC research facility supports a wide range of irradiation schemes, including variations in proton energy, flux, dose, dose rate, beam geometry, and field configuration. A range of detectors and dosimetry systems is available on-site. Researchers may also make use of the biological laboratory infrastructure.

The HollandPTC research team can provide support throughout all stages of an experiment, including experimental design and planning, beamtime preparation, execution of the experiment, and assistance with data collection.

Information about the call

A total of six evening research slots will be available. Research proposals can be submitted until 15 July 2026. More information can be found here: HollandPTC Beamtime Call 2026 - HollandPTC
