Graduated Bachelor (HBO/University), Master (MSc) and PhD students in healthcare or medical technology can once again apply for the Young Medical Delta Thesis Awards.
The Young Medical Delta Thesis Awards are presented annually in the categories Bachelor (HBO/University), Master and PhD. Finalists present their research to an expert jury, which evaluates the graduation projects and dissertations on their academic quality and content. This gives students the opportunity to showcase their research to a wider audience, build their professional profile, and compete for cash prizes.
Through these awards, Young Medical Delta provides a platform for graduates working in the fields of healthcare and innovation.
The application deadline is 15 February, end of day. You can apply here: YMD Thesis Awards 2026 - Registration
The finals and award ceremony are open to fellow students, friends, family, and other interested guests, and will take place on 12 March from 5:30 PM onwards. The event is free to attend, and food and drinks will be provided. A limited number of tickets will be available for external guests; you can register as a guest here.
The Young Medical Delta Thesis Awards have been presented annually since 2020. Read the report on the 2025 awards here: Platform for Talent at the Young Medical Delta Thesis Awards Ceremony
