Rob Nelissen honorary member Dutch Orthopaedic Society (NOV)

Medical Delta professor Prof. Dr. Rob Nelissen has been appointed an honorary member of the Dutch Orthopaedic Society (NOV). This happened last month during the NOV Annual Conference. Only 21 members preceded him in the past 124 years with an honorary membership.

Rob Nelissen was, among other things, president of the NOV and co-founder and president of the National Registration Orthopaedic Implants (LROI). Nelissen has been involved with Medical Delta for more than twelve years and - in addition to being a Medical Delta professor - is also one of the scientific leaders of the Medical Delta: Improving Mobility with Technology scientific program. Together with scientists of various technical and medical disciplines, he works on 3D printing techniques which are applied in education, research and patient care.
