Medical Delta researchers set to work on new MDR

From May 26, 2021, it will be mandatory to comply with the new Medical Device Regulation for clinical research with new medical devices. A group of researchers is taking the lead within Medical Delta and is investigating what that means in concrete terms for innovative medical technology.

TU Delft and Erasmus MC will benefit from government investment of € 8 million for MedTech innovations

This week, the ministries of Economics and Education, Culture and Science awarded € 8 million to the MedTech consortium of 4TU, three medical academic centers and venture investor Innovation Industries. The aim of the consortium is to bring medical technical solutions to the market more quickly.

New Medical Delta program AI for Computational Life Sciences accelerates and improves drug development
